INCOM was founded in 2003 and Beijing INCOM Recycle Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2008.
In 2012, INCOM successfully developed and mass produced intelligent recycling machines of Internet of Things, and set up an intelligent management platform with controllable sources and flows of recycled materials.
In 2015, INCOM set up a joint venture with TOMRA GROUP, a Norwegian operator of recycling machines and industrial sorting, to expand the global market of intelligent recycling machines.
In 2017, INCOM was invested by Sino-Ocean Group.。
INCOM focuses on three strategic businesses: design, construction and operation of intelligent recycling, construction and operation of food-grade RPET plant and BOTTLOOP sustainable lifestyle brand creation and operation, and builds a "food-grade to food-grade recycling cycle mode".
